Modern Kitchen and Bath Designs (MKBD) consists of two divisions to serve every category of kitchen consumer:  the Investor/Landlord Division, which caters to the needs of landlords, real estate investors, developers and property managers; and Signature Interior Designs, which provides full-service kitchen, bath, fine custom cabinetry and interior design services to individual homeowners who are looking to renovate their apartments, townhouses and estates.
