KITCHEN SPACE: THE FINAL FRONTIER?

As New York City's population gets even denser, space is no longer just a necessity, it becomes a luxury. Areas that can be developed are rapidly decreasing and that has given way to shrinking floorplates and rising prices per square foot for apartment rentals and sales. More functional and efficient layouts have become design prerequisites, which in turn necessitate space-friendly furniture and appliances.
