For over 30 years, Modern Kitchens and Bath Designs has designed, installed and completed thousands of kitchens in the tri-state area. Originally founded as a kitchen and bath distributor, the company expanded its services during the 1980s by assisting real estate developers in the New York area who were converting rental buildings into cooperatives and condominiums.  

 

Simultaneously landlords and property managers were also looking to realize maximum value on their rental units, which could be achieved through capital improvements. Modern Kitchens quickly seized the opportunity, forging strong relationships with the area's most prominent landlords and property managers by focusing on three main things: delivering the highest level of personal service; offering kitchen and bath materials that were appealing, durable and easily maintained; and exhibiting impeccable time management--all at reasonable cost. The result? It transformed our relationships from vendor-client to partners who assist in protecting and maximizing the value of the clients' portfolios.

 

We are always evolving. 1993 saw the establishment of Signature Interior Designs, which specializes in providing kitchen, bath, fine custom cabinetry and interior design services to private clients who are looking to renovate their apartments, townhouses and estates. We applied the same sound principles, enhancing style and functionality of kitchens through smart designs, consequently increasing property values. Twenty years later our renowned designers continue to work diligently, ascertaining our clients' individual requirements, seeking to understand their lifestyles in order to create exquisite custom designs that are both practical and alluring.
